Returns / Refunds


Divinia Jewelry has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number. 

To start a return, you can contact with your order number and reason for returning. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, you will be sent a notification and will be responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once I receive your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

I guarantee the quality of all Divinia jewelry for one year from the time of purchase. If something breaks due to fabrication quality, I will be happy to repair or replace it free of charge. In the case of single lost earrings or damage that is due to excessive wear and tear, I can replace or repair your piece for a fee. Email to let me know what's happening and we can figure it out from there.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items marked as "Final Sale" and Divinia Jewelry Gift Cards are not eligible for return and are non-refundable. 


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


You will be notified  once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
